Min's Bistro is something to which I have devoted myself completely. If there is anything that I can do to make my guests' experience with me more pleasant, then I need to know about it. I have, all my life, cultivated an ambition to do right by the people around me. Nothing satisfies me more, than to watch my guests steam through the doors, and to see their faces when they take their first bites of my Honey walnut Shrimp or French Style Filet Mignon. It is a dream come true.
