I offer both Meditation and Yoga in private, group, corporate, and event settings (including Bachelorette Parties) in San Diego and Los Angeles! The path to better living in health is inside yourself. Work with me one-on-one at your location and time of choice, or online over video. I've worked with clients of all ages, from children to senior, and all levels of experience.
