History
We produce a fine sipping whiskey known as Uisge Beatha pronounced Ooskey Bay-ha. It is a single malt whiskey the recipe has been handed down for over 8 generations now. It comes from the Isle of Man. And our second product a moonshine we call PD101 a very flavorful corn whiskey in a variety of flavors. We are releasing a bourbon on the 24 of August 2019 so come on out and find your favorite whiskey.
Specialties
We make our Uisge Beatha a single malt whiskey according to the family recipe. Producing a smooth clean single malt whiskey. We look forward to hearing your comments when you try it. We also produce a clean smooth Moonshine we call PD-101 this is a Award Winning Moonshine at San Diego county fair 2019 MCD will soon be your favorite liquor tasting room.
