HistoryWe founded Pilate-ology in 2011 out of our passion for Pilates. We wanted to create a studio that would be welcoming to those of all fitness levels, affordable and most importantly give a kick ass Pilates workout. We essentially created the studio we always dreamed of. We feel Pilates is the most effective workout for long-term physical health, as it's low impact, builds muscle and bone and in many cases can drastically improve your posture. One of the best things about Pilates is that it works well for every fitness level from hardcore athletes, people recovering from knee or back injuries, new moms or those just wanting to get into shape.
