History

I started collecting vintage upholstery years ago. And well there was no point collecting if you don't get to enjoy it. So I started to make handbags for close friends. Well that's the start of something that has grown into a love for what I do! I now create things I love and still get to enjoy all my fabrics.

The success and popularity of MidiQueen Handbags, based in Ventura, Calif., is due to Kristina's drive, passion and generosity. She hand selects all MidiQueen fabrics, designs every handbag style, and keeps her business relations close to her small town origins. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Kristina graciously donates to innumerable community functions and fundraisers.
