History

We started this company as a maintenance company but it grew faster than we thought. With our prior and current experience as real estate investors and agents we found that our experience really spilled over into new development construction and remodeling. Our clients really have enjoyed our professional experience when advising them on how their project can bring them the greatest financial return possible.

Specialties

Being that all of the owners of this company started young in life investing in real estate we came to learn what the general public wanted when buying homes. We flipped a lot of real estate in the early 2000's. When the construction company was formed we found that our design and budget experience was what our clients like the most being able to design and suggest changes that made homes more attractive and cost effective. We also provide services to Banks and Financial Institutions that need to clean up and haul away trash and debris from a property that is undergoing foreclosure and prepare the property for resale. We have a great deal of experience doing this for multiple clients.
