Difficult to reach with long phone hold times. Not interested in helping. I called all Napa offices and others all offered assistance. Microtone offered road blocks at every turn.

The audiologist who did my test my test really irritated me. He kept wanting to sell me expensive hearing aids -- much too hard cell. I will go elsewhere to get them.
