Philip gives a great cut for an affordable price. Shop is no-frills and located on Washington Boulevard. I can usually park right in front of the shop.

$30 + tip for a woman's long layers haircut in pricey pasadena! It is very reasonable. Don't expect a hair wash or a blowdry, it's a bare bones salon, with no frills but Phillip is an awesome...
