As a lifetime resident of Los Angeles, Michelle possesses a local's in depth knowledge. She specializes in complex, detail-oriented, ethical transactions. For over 30 years Michelle has been a Los Angeles County property owner, manager, renovator, and investor. In the field of land ownership, she has worked with tenants, contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, the permit department, employees, mortgage brokers, and financial advisors, among others. For over 17 years Michelle has contributed and served local communities in leadership volunteer work.
