Marvin Chang, MD, practices internal medicine as a hospitalist. Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his internship and residency at UC Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Chan chose to become a hospitalist because of his commitment to helping critically ill patients. He is proud of the positive impact that he makes daily through diagnosing and treating hospitalized patients of all ages and backgrounds. Dr. Chan's patients say that he is sincere and approachable. They also say they appre ciate how he informs them about their medical conditions and treatment plans in easy-to-understand language. In his spare time, Dr. Chan enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends. In addition to English, he speaks fluent Mandarin and medical Spanish.

Shannon Reider, DO, is Board certified in internal medicine. She received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed her internship and residency at St. Mary Medical Center/Harbor-UCLA. Dr. Reider enjoys interacting with her patients -- teaching them preventive medicine and treating their acute medical problems. She believes that her compassion, her bedside manner, and her listening skills help her to be a good doctor. In addition to English, Dr. Reider is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, kayaking, reading, dancing, traveling, and camping. She is also proud to have completed a marathon.
