My dad was a Realtor when I was growing up and I remember looking though big magazines with houses for sale that would come out every few weeks. With technology now we can see houses for sale on our computers and phones the moment the come on the market. One thing that I think will never change is the personal attention clients need in buying and selling a home.

30 years' experience in lending and real estate sales I am passionate about all my clients' transactions. I have helped many first time buyers by their first home and that was exciting for them, many came back to me to buy their next bigger move up home as families grew and now some are selling to downsize and get ready for retirement. Born and Raised in San Jose Bay Area, I know all the niche neighborhoods like Willow Glen, Evergreen, Cambrian and surrounding cities. I have experience helping sellers and buyers with all types of homes from 1900's Victorian and Craftsman style home to new custom home, small ranches in Morgan Hill and Gilroy and up peninsula Mountain View, Redwood City and San Francisco, On the East by from the Mission District in Fremont to Berkley Hills. I have many years as a CAR Director volunteering my time helping review and write real estate contacts and real estate laws. I reviewed predatory lending issues, first time buyer programs and many other topics. I believe in giving back to the community and have funded many scholarships for high school and college students; I believe education is a must at any age.
