Lizbeth Vargas a well known rising colorist working in one of Beverly Hills top salons with a vast amount of social media fans following her work and being intrigued to see her new color transformations every time she posts one of her clients before and after pictures. Liz's talent to create multiple small warm boutique like blow dry bars throughout Los Angeles.
