Metro Dog cares about your dog’s well-being. Our day care and boarding programs have been created to meet your dog’s physical, social and emotional needs at every stage of life. We offer play groups designed for every size, type and age of dog from the active players to the mellow sun bathers. If group play is not the right fit for your dog, we also offer private care. We are a Green-Certified business located next to Pt. Isabel Regional Shoreline Park in Richmond, California. Our handlers observe and interact with your dog and make adjustments to their day to meet their needs. Our programs have been ethically designed in alignment with LIMA principles (Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive). We do not use squirt bottles, shaker cans, or collar corrections to suppress unwanted behavior. We treat your pup like a member of our own family!
