Good service. Karla customer service is superb. She had a difficult time switching my service from Total Wireless to Metro. We spent a long time waiting, but we appreciate Karla time and effort....

First off I love that all the staff were wearing masks. It felt clean and comfortable in there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The girl who helped us was able to answer all of our questions....
