Device warrantys are fraudulent. Besides service, warranties for store devices and return policies are fraudulent. Check their warranty website. Quickcell.com/warranty domain is being sold online...

Customer service was really rude , they hung up on me and once I tried calling back they refused to speak to me . Staff is so unprofessional.
