I got there 5 minutes before closing time just to make a payment which literally takes 30 seconds and as soon as I stepped out of the car the young lady working ran to lock the door and proceeded...

Very poor Customer Service. They sold me a defective phone and refuse to exchange it. The owner does not care if you are returning customer. I will never to business with this store again.
