Horrible customer service. Rep over the counter is rude and aggressive. Didn't even want to try and help me switch my device to a newer phone. Told me to "call 611" I am a business owner...

This is the nearest Metro close to me. The employees here are very helpful and nice! They seem to do their job well. Never had a problem.
