I went in like a few weeks ago to activate 2 new phones. The gentleman, Moe was the person who helped me and was very helpful and was able to work with me. Great customer service from Moe.

I walked in to pay my cellphone bill and the Indian lady said I had to pay 20 dollars before my payment , it didn't make sense to me I left and went to another store and paid my bill no 20 dollar...

This location tried to over charge me to add another line to my account.. I have the 4 lines for 100$, so I called customer service to ask how much more for a fifth line and they said 25$ So I go...
