Not friendly nor helpful here. We came on a Sun afternoon 1/14/2024. The associate was just on his cell phone talking and laughing. Need improvement in customer service.

There phones are garbage. They don't help you much. I left for Cricket. I got a nice iPhone for only $49.99. Don't waste time here.
