How are there no reviews for these guys?! I walked in today in order to open a new line as well as purchase a phone. The customer service is far above any other metro store I've ever walked...

I brought my mother in law today... Here now, arrived at 6:45 pm, informed staff on duty the issue.. Deactivate a phone line.. Lost phone on the bus... It is 6:57pm...... Issue NOT RESOLVED.....
