History
Robert and Alice Burris moved to Palo Cedro in 1973 with their son Eddie. Robert worked at the Redding Volkswagen dealership until 1980, when he decided to purchase Metric Motors from his brother-in-law. The business has been family operated since that time. In 2007, Robert decided to retire, and sold the business to his son Eddie. The tradition that started in 1980 has been continued and we have expanded our ability to service late model cars with today's complicated electronic systems. We are happy to be a contributing member of the Anderson and Shasta County community.
