Metamorphosis Massage Therapy , established in 2000, began on the SF peninsula but in 2015 opened in Redding, CA. We offer professional, therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish, Acupressure for Muscle Trigger Point Release/Pain Reduction, and PreNatal Massage. Our primary Certified Massage Practitioner, Shelley Giambastiani CMT, has extensive education in anatomy, physiology and multidisciplinary pain management therapies from Stanford University and Sequoia Hospital Pain Treatment Centers. She applies her twenty-one years of experience in chronic pain management therapy techniques with her specialized massage training to provide a touch that is nurturing, releasing and relaxing to the areas of pain and stress. Using a combination of intuition, specific massage techniques and sensitivity she strives to offer each client the renewal, healing and relaxation care needed for optimal wellness.
