History

Metamorphosis is a personal service helping clients achieve physical and mental transformation. Owner operator Janet Ryan has been helping clients since 1997. She uses a variety of exercise techniques including Yoga and to improve her clients fitness levels. One of her specialties is working with people who are clinically obese. She also uses various Massage techniques as well as guided meditation to assist her clients with the mental transformation necessary to make lasting changes in their lives. Janet became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and National Academy of Sports Medicine in 1997. She began working as a Trainer and Nutritional Consultant for Gold's Gym in San Marcos. Eventually, Janet began working with private clients in their homes and added Massage Therapy, Yoga and Meditation to give herself many tools to help improve the health and well being of her clients. Currently, Janet is pursuing an advanced degree in Psychiatric Nursing
