They never listened to my special instructions. This happened a few times. The last time they charged me for cleaning my guest bedrooms but never cleaned them. I told them I wanted my money back....

The service started out good, but rapidly declined. We had to call the office more than once for the personnel to come back and finish the job. Then it was not guaranteed it would be done...
