Mercedesworks has now been promising to send the item that I ordered. They always promise me that they'll send it "next week". Now they won't even answer their phone. I have now filed a Paypal claim.

Terrible service. Two weeks since my purchase. I've received nothing. Can't even get a call back. Last I checked theft was and is still illegal in these United States of America.

Avoid this company. I ordered a piece of w123 on 10/26/2017. I called an emailed for over four months. I spoke with someone twice who gave ridiculous excused and promised shipment in a week....
