Menya Hanabi

Menya Hanabi is a new type of ramen restaurant that specializes in soupless ramen called Mazesoba. Our noodles burst with flavor in our special homemade sauce topped off with green onion, chives, seaweed, garlic, fish powder, spicy minced meat, and egg. We are the original pioneers of this dish with humble beginnings in Nagoya, Japan that has now quickly sprawled throughout Japan and worldwide.
