History

I started practicing in 2008 in New York city prior to moving to the west coast and opening my practice here in 2013.

Specialties

I help cultural minority adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma/PTSD & couples' therapy or marital counseling. We further focus on supporting BIPOC (Ethnic/Racial minorities) & LGBTQ+ individuals, queer or non-traditional couples & intersects. We tailor interventions & therapeutic goals to your specific individual emotional needs so that clients go from just surviving to thriving with an abundance of mental wealth!
