History MenPilatesStudio is a full service Private Pilates Studio, that offer intelligent exercise for people of every age and fitness level. MenPilatesStudio has maintained a safe, unpretentious and energizing environment where you can feel empowered, challenge your bodies and enjoy the benefits of increased agility and strength.
Specialties
MenPilatesStudio offers private, semi-private, and group class training on the Pilates equipment. Our small group classes (three people) are offered at the Basic, Open, Intermediate, and Advanced Level. All sessions and classes are 50 minutes. For maximum results, we recommend training at least twice per week. We are happy to help you design a workout program that is motivating, convenient and affordable.
