I am not sure if this Memo's if is affiliated with the Memo's Bakery in Rancho San Diego, the lady at the counter said it was, but my first experience here is not up to par with the level quality...

This was my go-to bagel place for as long as I can remember. Once the owners changed it went downhill. The service is unnecessarily slow and the people who work there you can tell hate their job....
