Sometimes the wait is horrible. Be patient arrive early. I try and make my appointments for early in the morning, less of a crowd. Some staff is pretty helpful. Dr's sometimes want of a wham bam...

Ridiculously slow. But staff is all really nice. The wait for physician takes at least an hour.
