Melvin Lim Ng

Tai Samuels, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. Tai earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from UCLA School of Nursing. She became a nurse because she enjoys helping people. Tai's patients say that she is kind and has a great sense of humor. She believes strongly in the importance of preventive medicine and encourages her patients to stay healthy through making lifestyle changes. In her spare time, Tai enjoys exercising and listening to music.

Young Soon Yang, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Young Soon earned her degree from California State University, Long Beach in California. She entered health care to form personal connections with patients to help them live healthier lives. Young Soon has cared for patients with a range of health goals. Her experience includes diabetes, geriatric health, heart health and Asian community health. Young Soon understands that the best care happens when patients are comfortable during t n listens to each patient and works with them to create a care plan to reach their goals. In her spare time, Young Soon enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family. Young Soon speaks English and Korean.
