I began my career working with a chiropractor in Mission Viejo and an Integrative Medicine Clinic in Newport Beach. I have learned so much from each experience and am currently practicing with both clinics today.

I am a sports/medical massage therapist. I specialize in rehabilitation and prevention of injuries using soft tissue techniques like myofacial release and Trigger Point massage.
