To that end we: Prepare all listing materials, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull property profile etc. Consult & coordinate with our sellers on all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities. Input comprehensive and complete listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed. Coordinate showings & obtain feedback. Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses. Provide proactive weekly feedback to our sellers regarding showings and marketing activities. Review all offers and disclosures with our sellers and establish buyer's ability to complete the purchase. Consult with our clients and work with the parties to negotiate the best deal possible. Coordinate with escrow and lenders (when applicable) on a weekly basis to insure proper communication with our clients until time of close.
