MECAI (formerly MHX) has always offered excellent hair care, and amazing hair extensions for over 15 years. Always offering quality service and perfecting safer extension methods Mecai started her brand in California after selling her salon and relocating from Nashville. As the demand for a hair stylist who actually cares for your hair became more of a need Mecai decided to branch out into 2 locations where clientele came from the most to make herself more accessible. When she is not out educating for L'OREAL/MIZANI her services are offered now in Sherman Oaks and by request at Rossano Ferretti in Beverly Hills with a select menu of services. Mecai works have been seen on television, published books, t.v. shows, red carpets, and more. Offering quality service for the fabulous everyday woman has always been apart of her works.
