Food has always been good around here. Service is always great tentative to your needs. Ambience is normal. Can get loud at times.

Placed walk-in order just to use the restroom. Token required. Conflicting signs at cashier window... 'restroom for paying customers' and 'no public restroom'. Allegedly out of tokens. Am out...

Terrible that day.....My fries were hard, dry, and cold. The burger had been sitting for a while. I arrived when breakfast had ended and Just knew everything was going to be FRESH! First time ever...

This is the worst McDonald's in Oakland. They waste your money. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and I asked the lady if she could make it sweet because it didn't taste like vanilla iced coffee...
