Kiosk screen went blank on me I ask the supervisor or manager that was on duty that I needed help they both just looked and went on with the conversation they were having . I then asked again...

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's ever. I used the drive thru this morning with only 2 cars in line and no one inside the restaurant and still had a long wait. And this isn't the first...

If I could give 0/5 stars it's better. The lady giving food was rude when we were nice. I can pay for extra sauce there's not a problem of money. But faces, rolling eyes and the attire was ridiculous.

I purposely avoid this particular McDonalds even though I live right down the block from it. I always make sure to go to any other fastfood location or even other Mcdonalds in the chula vista area...
