A lot of attitudes making food. Service is slow and forgetful. I once waited 25 minutes for my order inside! And they asked me "what did you order?" Like fr?! Horrible staff and management

Today I received very poor service. I'm one of 5 cars waiting in the drive thru reserve spots. The parking lot is so full that I feel like I'm going to get hit. If my order wasn't paid for, I'd leave.
