HistoryMy training career began in 2010 after graduating from the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado (NPTI CO). Shortly afterward, I became certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and have maintained up to date certification and membership through the organization ever since. During my years as a trainer, I've helped countless individuals improve their fitness, and become empowered through exercise, and the joy it gives me will keep me training for years to come.SpecialtiesI specialize in making personal training personal. So many trainers take the cookie cutter approach to fitness. After meeting with my clients, I design programs that are built around addressing their unique movement patterns, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. It's all about making YOU the best that you can be.
