Originally from the Yucatan Peninsula, Chef Silver Canul's passion for creating dishes and feeding people was ignited when he became Executive Chef of the Little River Inn. With the encouragement of his family and local fans, he embarked on taking over The Wharf in Fort Bragg's Noyo Harbor, reopening as Silver's at The Wharf. In 2009, Chef Silver realized his dream of opening Mayan Fusion, where neighbors can gather, couples can enjoy intimate celebrations, and diners can experience a taste of his culinary roots in a cozy dining room setting.
