Max is inspired and invigorated by the beauty of Southern California; from its vast majestic nature to the ever growing and changing cultural landscape. Maximillian Designs was born out of this same dichotomous mix ; including his early dabblings in musical theatre , a stint at the Alvin Ailey school and a current obsession with art, photography, fashion and fringe. His design style is beyond eclectic, and his current influences range from European travel and Fellini films to the Bauhaus and the Haus of Gaga...he calls it West Coast Exotic. No project is too big or too small. His gift is equally evident in a 10,000 square foot home or a 300 square foot bungalow.
