Maude

Realizing a lifelong dream, Curtis opened his first solo restaurant, Maude, in February 2014. We are so proud to be celebrating 10 years of tasting menus with Beverly Hills! Affectionately named after his late paternal grandmother, the restaurant pays homage to Maude, Curtis’ first culinary mentor whose sensibilities are resonant throughout the restaurant experience. The menu is a set, nine-plus-course chef’s tasting menu that focuses on California local and sustainable cuisine. Maude’s “menu-less” format and intimate 21-seat dining room with open-kitchen chef’s counter invites guests to put their trust into the hands of the chef, and allows for a strikingly detailed, personal, and attentive experience.
