Matriarch Herbs

History

I began my herbal studies in 2015 after the unexpected death of my brother. Searching for a way to heal my heart, I found the Self-Heal School of Herbal Studies and Healing, where I discovered the magic of plants and how they can be used as medicine. I completed my training in Clinical Herbalism at the Self-Heal School in 2018 and have been working with plants ever since. I started Matriarch Herbs after having my daughter in 2019. I used herbs as I recovered and navigated the postpartum period and continue to use them today. I wanted to help other women, new moms and seasoned ones, to focus on their own health and wellbeing so they can thrive instead of just survive.

Specialties

I offer holistic health consultations where we discuss your health concerns and how herbs can help. I create herbal formulas specific to the needs of each individual. I also have a line of herbal products specifically for the postpartum period and the early years of mothering young children.
