Stephanie Mathis was a resident of California for 43 years and a licensed California real estate agent for 23 years. Mrs. Mathis was raised in the Bay Area and attended college in Santa Barbara where she began her management career and love for real estate. Over the past plus decade, she has managed $170M of real estate and millions of dollars in construction improvements. She is grateful to have gained this experience in high-end areas such as Santa Barbara/Montecito, Carmel/Monterey, Napa Valley and now the Boise area.
