History

I became a stress management specialist because I have felt the pain and experienced the uncertainty and discomfort that comes from not only feeling my own stress and watching those around me suffer, but also because I wanted to make sure I could give my children the tools they needed in order to deal with events that would naturally come their way. As the president of a financial services company with over 300 employees, I needed the tools to assist my employees with their personal and business issues, which I knew in the long run would benefit the company. I found that I really enjoyed learning and using these tools and decided life as a stress management therapist was for me. After completing my degree in psychology I continued my education by obtaining credentials in other stress management related fields. I consider myself to be a very lucky person because my vocation is my avocation!

We specialize in massage and assist clients in creating a personal stress management plan. We believe that any stress management plan must be highly personalized and fit the client's needs, lifestyle and abilities. Serving Huntington Beach and all of Orange County.
