The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, originally formed to provide aid to military servicemen near the end of World War I. Established in 1919, MSA aims to deliver services to Grand Lodges that they cannot easily perform individually.

MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts, having issued its first appeal in 1923, and has become a trusted Masonic group for forwarding aid during crises. Additionally, the organization operates a Hospital Visitation Program, connecting approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and volunteers with military veterans across the United States.
