Masala (also transliterated as "massala")is a term used in South Asian cuisines (including Indian, Bangladeshi & Pakistani cuisines) to describe a mixture of spices. A masala can be a combination of dried (and usually dry-roasted) spices or a paste (such as vindaloo masala) made from a mixture of spices & other ingredients often garlic, ginger & onions. It’s known for its smell & is used extensively in Indian cooking to add spice & flavor. At “Masala Indian Cuisine” we believe in doing things the “Masala” Way meaning No Compromises when it comes to Quality. In each Guest we look forward to "Many Happy Returns". The dosas were amazing! The samosas were excellent! I really enjoyed everything I tasted here and they were able to adjust the spice level perfectly!
