I love Mary Dale's classes and her daily inspiration that she sends out in an email. I hope she adds more in-person classes I would definitely be interested in teaching some Flow yoga here.

I am definately a fan of Param Yoga. Marydale & staff are very welcoming and friendly. I prefer going to a smaller studio as I feel that I benefit from it much more compared to a gym. I like that...

Param Yoga and Marydale have practically saved my life. I have a lot of anxiety and stress, and attending 3-4 times a week hugely helps. The people and community are very welcoming and positive....
