Mary Tajiri, MD

Leonard R. Sanders, MD, is an endocrinologist with special interest in diabetes care, serving on the board of directors of the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators. Dr. Sanders has more than 45 years of experience in direct patient care, administration, teaching, and research. He is board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology and metabolism, and nephrology and certified in hypertension, diabetes education, advanced diabetes management, and clinical lipidology. He received a degree in biological sciences at the University of California, Davis and a medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, a fellowship in endocrinology at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center, and a fellowship in nephrology at Brook Army Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Sanders retired from the Army as a colonel and spent 8 years at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque and 9 years caring for the Pima Indians at Gila River Health Care near Phoenix, Arizona.

Nupur Sinha, MD, is pulmonary and critical care specialist. She completed her internal medicine residency training and a pulmonary fellowship at Bronx-Lebanon Medical Center, affiliated with Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, and is board certified in internal medicine. She completed her critical care fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center, the University hospital for Albert Einstein School of Medicine. She is an intensivist at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. Dr. Sinha is married and has two children.

Jeffrey Ettinger, MD, is a primary care physician specializing in family practice medicine with Montage Medical Group in Marina, CA. He graduated from Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia and completed his residency in family medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Ettinger is board-certified in family medicine and practiced in Northern California before joining Montage Medical Group as a family practitioner.
