Never answer the phone, they fail to call you with test results , I had to wait and wait and assumed no news is good news and when I finally reached them two weeks later the results were not good...

No appreciation for your time. The wait is always long, really long, over an hour past your scheduled time. Results will only come after you call. Do your research before calling
