Construction of the family owned business began in 1968 with a vision of natural beauty and affordable housing. The wide streets meander throughout the park displaying its beautiful landscape, manicured lawns, flowers, trees and shrubs. The words "peace and quiet" illustrate our mantra as well as one of our primary selling features. We strive to maintain each home in a beautiful and high quality manner and present it to the community at a reasonable price. Our competition is the apartment and condominium markets and our homes are priced comparatively and often for less. We offer single family dwellings in a beautiful, quiet, park like setting, providing landscaping services for each residence. Because our Park contains just 25 homes we do not offer amenities such as a club house or a pool. However, there is a 1/6 mile walking loop within the Park. In addition, the Park is within 200 yards of the El Dorado County bike and walking trail.
